When you sign up, we collect your email address, which we use to send sign-in links and to communicate with you about the service. There are no passwords.

When you use the service, we collect the work you do in it, including the code you submit, saved drafts, the scores and evaluations of your submissions, your progress through the problem set, and a record of the actions you take.

If you buy a plan, we collect billing details and payment history. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

Like most services, we may also collect technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, which we use to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We may store information relevant for marketing purposes.

We use cookies that the service needs to work, including a session cookie once you sign in and a cookie that remembers which demo problem you last opened. We may also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing.

Models may be used to provide coaching, teaching, feedback, or suggestions. Submissions are graded and coached by automated systems built on advanced models, which may involve third-party providers. We do not use your submissions to train our own models. Do not include secrets, credentials, or personal information in submitted code.

We use the data above to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, to enforce usage limits, to communicate with you, and to market the service. We share data with service providers that help us run the service, including email delivery, payment processing, model providers, and hosting, each limited to what its role requires. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Submitted code is currently retained for the most recent attempts on each problem and then removed; scores, evaluations, and progress are retained so that your history remains available to you. After a deletion request, we may retain data where needed to prevent abuse and fraud, secure the service, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, or meet accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may submit an account deletion request in your profile settings, which will delete your data except those required for the purposes outlined above.

We may update this policy from time to time.
